Getting Started

First, click the Get Started button below and fill out the Let’s Connect form. This form goes directly to Briana once it is completed.

Then, you can expect an email from Briana within the next few business days with details about the next steps.

When you choose my practice, you invest in the value that we offer. Working with us includes:

  • Primarily in-person sessions with children (virtual sessions are evaluated on a case-by-base basis)

  • Optional Parent and Team feedback sessions (in-person or held virtually for ease of scheduling)

  • Access to a client portal which provides you with invoices including CPT codes, diagnostic codes, date of services, Tax ID number, NPI Number, which can all be printed and submitted by you to your insurance company, should you choose to file for reimbursement through your insurance company

  • Session reminders from the client portal and automated system

  • Access to the client portal which allows you to manage payment options from home

  • Acceptance of major credits cards, checks, FSA and HSA 

  • Collaboration and Communication with your child’s larger treatment team as requested and with your consent

  • Since most of our clients struggle with some type of executive functioning difficulty and because of the nature of groups, we offer primarily in-person sessions. Online sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis but are not our norm, outside of scheduling parent sessions and team meetings.

  • We typically work with children from age 5 through grade 5, given their diagnostic profile, presentation and treatment goals align with what we specialize in offering.

  • In an effort to build and establish rapport, as well as gain some momentum in working towards treatment goals, we typically recommend starting therapy with weekly sessions for at least one to two months. As progress is made and other factors contribute to therapeutic work, you and your clinician will adjust frequency as you agree appropriate.

  • No, we do not. We provide you with invoices including CPT codes, diagnostic codes, date of services, Tax ID number, NPI Number, which can all be printed and submitted by you to your insurance company, should you choose to file for reimbursement through your insurance company.

  • If you need to cancel participation in a scheduled session, we require 24 hour notification of cancellation. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be responsible for paying the full fee of the missed session.
